My kids took to icengo.com almost right away. For something they can use on their own without me constantly stepping in, I thought it was easy for them to navigate. They kept asking to go back on it afterward, so in our house at least, that’s a good sign.

I ordered a few things from icengo.com, everything came exactly how I picked it. The sizes, colors, and quantities were all right, and there weren’t any random substitutions thrown in.
At this point I’m so tired of dealing with customer service over messed-up orders from other places, so it was a relief not to have to send emails or explain the same issue five times. The package was packed fine, and the invoice matched what I bought.
It wasn’t some big wow moment, but that’s kind of the point. I got what I ordered and didn’t have to chase anyone down about it. I’d order from them again

I ordered from Ice N'Go the portion size was better than I thought it would be. You never really know with this kind of thing online, but it showed up looking solid.
I was expecting it to be kind of small, like how some places do that, but it was actually filling. I didn’t feel like I had to add anything extra or order more on the side.
Overall I was happy with it. It felt worth it, and I’d probably order again next time I’m craving that sort of meal

I used Ice N'Go and liked that the prices were clear right from the start. No random extra fees showing up at checkout, which is something that really annoys me on other sites. Everything was easy to review before I paid, so it felt simple and honest. If I ever did run into surprise charges, I’d definitely expect some kind of compensation, but in this case it all went smoothly.

"Better than I expected"
I ordered from Ice N'Go and the quality was actually better than I thought it would be. It feels solid, works like it should, and doesn’t have that cheap look some products have. I’ve used it a few times so far and haven’t had any issues. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I used icengo.com for a little while, and from what I remember, the subscription itself worked mostly fine. Managing it wasn’t too difficult overall, but I do remember having to look around a bit to figure out where to change or cancel certain things. It all got sorted in the end, but looking back, I wish the process had been clearer from the start

I was kind of expecting to have to check the tracking a bunch, because that’s usually how these things go for me, but nope, it just showed up when they said it would. Nothing dramatic, no issues, order was on time and everything was fine. Easy experience overall...

I used Ice N'Go and had to reach out to customer service about my order. They did get back to me and they were polite enough, but every reply seemed to take almost a full day, which got frustrating after a while.
The answer did help in the end, so I’m not saying the support was terrible. I just wish they were quicker and maybe a little less robotic with the canned “sorry for the inconvenience” type replies. Overall it was fine, just not exactly impressive.

"Decent enough, but I’m not totally sold"
I tried icengo.com it was okay. For the price, it wasn’t a bad deal, but I wouldn’t say it felt like some amazing bargain either. A few parts seemed worth what I paid, but I did catch myself expecting a bit more. The site was easy to get around and nothing really went wrong, so I can’t complain too much. I might use it again, but probably only if the price looks better next time

I assumed the tracking would be straightforward once it started updating, but it was a little slower than I expected and not always super clear. I kept thinking something was off, though the package did show up in the end. I just had to check it a few times. Overall, it was okay, just not amazing...

"Really fresh and tasty"
I tried few flavors and they were all really good. Not too sweet at all, and texture was nice too. Mango was my favorite one for sure. I’d definitely order again.

We used Ice N'Go for our office event last weekend and it was easy from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would, got everything set up fast, and didn’t make the whole thing feel like some big production.
The guests were happy, the ice cream stayed cold, and they handled the line way better than I thought they would. There was a small flavor mix-up at one point, but they sorted it out quickly. I’d book them again, no question. That’s it.
